If you are a registering adult attending VBS and you do not have any attending children to register, please proceed straight to the bottom of this form and hit submit.

If you are registering youth participants under 18, please click on the link below Add Youth Participant. If you have multiple participants to register, click on "Return to Form" after you've submitted each youth participant. Once all participants have been registered for VBS, scroll all the way to the bottom of the page to submit the full registrant application.
